YoungMBA Global Outreach
Free, live Zoom lessons delivering elite-level training to students in developing nations.
Our mission is to bridge the global educational gap by teaching the high-impact skills that standard school systems leave out — entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and AI fluency — to students who wouldn't otherwise have access to them. Outreach runs on two programs: free Fellowships for students, and a Volunteer Teacher internship for older teens who want to help teach them.
Live Schedule & Time-Zone Flexibility
Sessions are adapted to local time zones across Africa, Asia, and Latin America, with multiple weekly slots so class times fit real school and family schedules — not just US or European hours. Once you're accepted, we'll confirm a time that works for you before sending the recurring Zoom link.
The 3 Core Programs
Every Fellowship cohort works through three tracks, taught live over Zoom by YoungMBA instructors.
Public Speaking, Debate & MUN
Persuasion, diplomacy, and global leadership — the skills to stand up, argue a position with evidence, and represent it with confidence in front of others.
AI & Modern Technology
Practical AI tools, prompt engineering, and digital literacy — hands-on practice so students already have an edge with the technology shaping every industry.
Business, Finance & Entrepreneurship
Money management, business models, and starting a project — the fundamentals of how businesses actually work, taught through real, hands-on exercises.
Prerequisites & Tech Checklist
Because classes are live over Zoom, applicants need the following before applying:
- The Zoom app installed on a phone, tablet, or computer
- A stable internet connection for live video sessions
- A working microphone (built-in is fine) to participate in discussions
- Basic English proficiency — classes are taught in English
- Ages 9-19, with parental or guardian consent

Become a Volunteer Teacher
Our Fellowships are taught in part by teen volunteers through the YoungMBA Teaching Fellowship — a hands-on internship with real classroom time, mentorship, and a genuine résumé line.
